Why am I being asked to update my device software?


The new UNIT 1 App requires a mandatory device software update.

 

What the update unlocks:

β€’ Save up to three personalized Light Modes in your smart helmet and smart lights

β€’ Switch Light Modes using the helmet and/or smart light power button

β€’ Full compatibility with the new App experience: A completely redesigned interface built around simplicity, speed, and clarity β€” delivering a smoother, more intuitive, and visually refined experience that helps users get things done faster and with zero friction.

 

Good to know:

β€’ The update takes around 30 seconds per device

β€’ Keep the app open during the update

β€’ Devices will automatically power back on

β€’ If an update fails, the device rolls back automatically and you can retry
